HVAC DISPATCHER
HVAC Dispatcher – Experienced
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced HVAC Dispatcher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in dispatching field technicians, a strong understanding of scheduling software, and a customer-first mindset.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an HVAC Dispatching or similar coordination role.
- Proficient in ServiceTitan or similar dispatching and scheduling software.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate clearly and professionally with technicians, customers, and internal teams.
- Working knowledge of inventory tracking and supply chain coordination preferred.
- Accurate and efficient data entry and multitasking skills in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians for service, maintenance, and installation jobs.
- Answer and manage inbound service calls, assigning jobs based on technician location, skill set, and availability.
- Monitor technician progress throughout the day and make real-time adjustments for emergencies, delays, or cancellations.
- Communicate job details and updates clearly to field staff to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Maintain and update job records, service notes, photos, and work orders in dispatching software.
- Coordinate with the service manager and customer service team to prioritize high-urgency calls.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and handle scheduling conflicts or last-minute changes with professionalism.
- Working in a team and between different departments.
- Perform additional administrative or coordination duties as needed.
