Preventative Maintenance Programs
Custom tailored Preventative Maintenance Programs are designed to provide the necessary maintenance tasks for the customer's heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment. Qualified technicians perform these tasks on a regularly scheduled basis to insure proper system operation and efficiency.
Emergency Services
Factory trained technicians are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year, including holidays, with an average response time to be within 4 hours of notification of the call.
Equipment Retrofit and Replacement
Technicians are at your disposal for special projects such as package system installations, component replacement, system upgrades, sheet metal, air distribution and other similar projects where time is a critical factor.
Tenant Improvement
The Tenant Improvement Division is at your disposal for air distribution and zone control modifications from single offices, to complete floors in multi-story buildings.
Multi-Location Account Management
Weatherite has considerable experience in the management of multi-location accounts. Our computerized maintenance, dispatch and billing programs specifically address the individual requirements of the multi-location customer.

Remote System Monitoring
We offer 24 hour remote monitoring and control of customers' heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment by computer, via telephone modem system. Trained personnel can access the customer's system and obtain a status report. These monitoring systems can provide an early warning on critical system installations.
