Customers in Control

Because we understand that communication is vital to successful service relationships, we recognize the customer as the reason for our commitment to timely, effective communication. Whether the process is initiated through requests for information, or by findings discovered during a scheduled preventative maintenance visit; the circle of communication begins and ends with the customer. This common-sense approach assures that Weatherite customers are always in control of any decisions affecting their heating, ventilating and air conditioning equipment.

 

Production Department

Our Production Department is the nerve-center of our firm. This department receives information from the field, processes it quickly, and efficiently and passes it on so that our customer's needs are met as swifily as possible. Production staff are always available for status updates to confirm arrival times for service technicians dispatched in response to customer requests. Our communication capabilities are enhanced by Teletrac, which immediately identifies the geographic location of our service trucks on computer maps. This maximizes the efficiency of our dispatching efforts. Combined with our pagers and mobile telephones, this enhancement makes Weatherite as responsive as the latest technology will allow.

 

Service Manager

The Service Manager oversees the Production Department to assure that customer needs are met in a manner consistent with the degree of urgency. He is vital in on-site quality control; making jobsite visits to monitor work-in-progress, and evaluate the performance of service technicians. He also reviews repair and replacement jobs prior to their passing to your Regional Manager for formal quotation. This assures our customers of the highest quality Weatherite can deliver.

 

Regional Manager

Your Regional Manager is your on-going personal contact. He provides his customers with timely verbal or written quotations, containing sufficient information to satisfy your desire to understand what is being proposed for any repair or replacement work. He is available to assist you on both technical and clerical matters. He is accessible within a short time via the latest communication technology.

These personnel form a team which honors customer needs from beginning to end. They are your assurance of complete control of your environmental equipment needs. No work can begin without your approval.
